Starting off can be intimidating for many but it doesn’t have to be. CrossFit is for everybody and every body! Let our experienced coaches guide you along your fitness journey to find a healthier and happier you.

Below are some common frequently asked questions to help you start off on the right foot.

Q: Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
A: Not at all. Our members come in all shapes and sizes from grandmothers to college athletes. The great thing about CrossFit is that it meets you where you are at. All the movements and exercises can be modified for your level, no matter where you are. Whether you have trouble getting on and off the ground or you can lift 500 pounds we have a program for you.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable exercise clothes and shoes that you don’t mind sweating in.

Q: Is CrossFit dangerous, I’m worried bout getting hurt?
A: CrossFit is just as safe as any other exercise routine. Our experienced coaches will be watching your every move and if something doesn’t feel or look right we will be right there to make sure you are staying safe and injury free.
